City Council Special Meeting

LEGAL NOTICE

The Bayard City Council will conduct a Special Meeting on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at the Bayard City Hall, 800 Central Avenue, Bayard, NM 88023. The Special Meeting will include a closed session pursuant to 10-15-1 (H-7) NMSA 1978 for threatened or pending litigation. Consideration and action on settlement agreement in City of Bayard vs. Gonzalez Concrete, Sixth Judicial District Court Case No. D-608-CV-2025-00125. The agenda may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office or viewed online at www.cityofbayardnm.com.  

The public is invited to attend.  If you are an individual with a disability who is in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the city hall at 800 Central Avenue (537-3327) at least one week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible.

The next regular meeting will be held on Wednesday October 14, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. Any person wishing to be placed on the agenda should contact the City Hall no later than 4:30 PM on the Wednesday preceding the posted date for the next regular meeting.
