The City of Bayard hereby gives notice that a quorum of the Bayard City Council will occur on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. for the attendance of a workshop for Discussion on Ordinances controlling RV/camping trailers as permanent living accommodations, Commercial storage containers in residential areas, discussion of amending ordinance- Landfill Service Rates and allowing grazing on new land purchased by Bayard at the Bayard City Hall 800 Central Ave. Bayard, NM.
