Workshop on Emergency Abatement Ordinance

LEGAL NOTICE

The Bayard City Council will conduct a Workshop to discuss Amending Ordinance for Emergency Abatement on Tuesday April 07, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Bayard City Hall, 800 Central Avenue, Bayard, NM 88023. 

The public is invited to attend.  If you are an individual with a disability who is in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the city hall at 800 Central Avenue (537-3327) at least one week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible.

The next re-scheduled regular meeting will be held on Thursday April 23, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. Any person wishing to be placed on the agenda should contact the City Hall no later than 4:30 PM on the Wednesday preceding the posted date for the next regular meeting.
