City Council Regular Meeting

LEGAL NOTICE

The Bayard City Council will conduct a Special Meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at the Bayard City Hall. Attendance of City Council members may be in person or virtually via Zoom.  Items on the agenda relate to the adoption of Ordinance 4-2022 Municipal Utility Rates and 5-2022 Wastewater User Rates.                    

The public is invited to attend.  If you are an individual with a disability who is in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the city clerk at 800 Central Avenue (575-537-3327) at least one week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible.

The next regular meeting will be held on Monday, September 12, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. Any person wishing to be placed on the agenda should contact the City Clerk no later than 1:30 PM on the Wednesday preceding the posted date for the next regular meeting.
