City Council Public Hearing

LEGAL NOTICE

The Special Meeting of July 18, 2022 for consideration of a Business License Application for the M&M Bayard Auto to Monday, July 25, 2022, has been rescheduled as follows:

The Bayard City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, July 25, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. at the Bayard City Hall, 800 Central Avenue, Bayard, NM 88023.  The Public Hearing is for the consideration of a Business License Application for the M&M Bayard Auto.  A Closed Executive Session will be held pursuant to 10-15-1 (H-1) NMSA 1978 for meetings pertaining to issuance, suspension, renewal or revocation of a license.  Final action for the Business License will be conducted during the July 25, 2022 City Council meeting during open session.  The agenda may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office or viewed online at www.cityofbayardnm.com.   

The public is invited to attend.  If you are an individual with a disability who is in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the city clerk at 800 Central Avenue (537-3327) at least one week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible.

The next regular meeting will be held on Monday, August 8, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. Any person wishing to be placed on the agenda should contact the City Clerk no later than 1:30 PM on the Wednesday preceding the posted date for the next regular meeting.
