City Council Budget Workshop

LEGAL NOTICE

The Bayard City Council will conduct a Budget Workshop with a Special Meeting to follow on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at 04:30 p.m. at the Bayard City Hall, 800 Central Avenue, Bayard, NM 88023.  The Special Meeting will include approval of Temporary pay increases for Maintenance employees, Termination of Maintenance Employee, Use of Beautification Funds to Hire Contractor/Vendors to Clean Yards for Elderly Residents and contractor for repair of old fire station door. A Closed Session may be held pursuant to 10-15-1 (H-2) NMSA 1978 for limited personnel matters for the maintenance Dept. The agenda may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office or viewed online at www.cityofbayardnm.com.   

The public is invited to attend.  If you are an individual with a disability who is in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the city hall at 800 Central Avenue (537-3327) at least one week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible.

The next regular meeting will be held on Wednesday May 21, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. Any person wishing to be placed on the agenda should contact the City Hall no later than 4:30 PM on the Wednesday preceding the posted date for the next regular meeting.
