City of Bayard Public Hearing USDA

PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

The City of Bayard will file an application with the USDA Rural Development for financial assistance for the following projects:

            Public Safety Facilities Improvements and Equipment

            Water System Improvements

            Sewer System Improvements

            Wastewater System Improvements

A public meeting for comments will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 7, 2022 at Bayard City Hall, 800 Central Avenue, Bayard, NM to discuss the proposed project and to provide the opportunity for public comment.

The public may participate in person or may submit written comments to by mail to Kristina Ortiz, Clerk Treasurer, PO Box 728, 800 Central Avenue, Bayard, NM  88023; email at cityclerk@cityofbayardnm.com or by hand delivery at the Bayard City Hall, the night drop may also be used at City Hall.
