Legal Notice - May 26, 2020 Special Meeting

The Bayard City Council will conduct a work session at 1:30 a.m. and a Special Meeting at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 by virtual attendance via Zoom. The agenda for this meeting may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office or viewed online at www.cityofbayardnm.com.  

Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Emergency declared by Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham and the limits on the number of persons gathering, except for essential functions, the meeting will be a virtual public meeting open to the public.  The public may register at https://zoom.us/j/95105983945?pwd=UjJ1TmtVSm5TRDQ2bm5ranN6RGd6UT09.  It may be viewed live on the City’s Facebook Account https://www.facebook.com/bayardnewmexico/ or later as a recording on the on the City’s website at www.cityofbayardnm.com.

Public input will be via email and comments must be submitted prior to the meeting. Comments may be emailed to cityclerk@cityofbayardnm.com with Public Comment May 26, 2020 noted in the subject line.

The next regularly scheduled City Council meeting will be held on June 8, 2020
